We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our intrepid team of developers.

If you want to build e-commerce sites that sell the latest fizzy pop then we are probably not the right agency for you. However if you want to use your skills to build digital experiences that have a positive impact on peoples lives … then good news; you have come to the right place.

You’re going to look at the list below and think it’s an unusual list, but we’re after an unusual person. We’re currently a team of four full time developers in an agency of 30. We’ve worked with some of the same freelancers for years so the team often feels a lot bigger.

Essential skills for this role

– OO development
– JavaScript
– Any CSS preprocessor


– PHP MVC (Laravel a plus)
– Task runners (Gulp a plus)
– WordPress (from a developers side)
– Unix shell scripting
– Documentation
– SCORM & LMS experience

The following skills are a nice to have.

– Node
– React
– Material UI
– Any static site generator (Hugo a plus)
– Powershell
– Performance optimisation
– Sharepoint
– Infrastructure management (we look after all our own testing servers)
– Cloud architecture exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
– LXPs
– SSO (SAML) integration
– ORMs
– Popular APIs (e.g. social media sites, etc)

At least 3 years experience in web development in a way that got you paid for it
