Do you sweat the small stuff, love the buzz involved in producing great work, and enjoy working as part of a team in pursuit of something glorious?

Well, we're looking for a switched on QA engineer who's passionate about making great products, and making sure they work.

With no current in-house QA team, you would be joining Tilt as an extension of the development team. This is a role you can really make your own, with the ability to help shape and affect real change in the way QA should be carried out.

You must be an excellent communicator and be comfortable working well in a distributed team.

You are:

  • Diligent
  • Curious
  • A team player
  • Dedicated
  • Someone who views your job as a craft
  • able to clearly communicate
  • able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good at prioritising

You will be:

  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding requirements and functionality of the products you’ll be testing
  • Writing test plans
  • Performing all types of testing right the way through the product lifecycle (functional, cross-platform, regression, performance, and preparation for user acceptance testing)
  • Managing bug tracking software to ensure bugs are always in movement
  • Proofreading/content checking

A note about Covid
As a team we are currently working remotely, with the wider vision of re-opening the studio for use as a ‘destination, not an obligation’. A place for creative collaboration when you, your team or the project requires it.

Salary range
£30,000 – £35,00 dependant upon experience
