Lead Developer

We are looking for a special someone to join, guide and help drive our expanding development department.

Specifically you will be:

• Working closely with clients and internal creative strategists to understand business and solution requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
• Identifying problems in projects and escalating these through correct channels before they become critical and impact projects.
• Guiding the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
• Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined quality standards
• Helping to implement and guide internal standards
• Helping the Head of Development balance the needs of projects and people
• Writing ruddy awesome code.

Required experience

• Minimum 5 years agency experience
• Experience with full stack web development

• Jamstack
• Laravel
• WordPress

Salary: Dependant upon experience
