Some people turn back, or seek the solace of a paved path.

But others – rare others – push through the mist, past gnarly tree fingers.

They blow away the murk to seek the breadcrumbs, the treasure, the gingerbread shack.

We need the explorers. Those happy to venture forth with no paths or maps.

Who we need:

You might come from an illustration, design or motion graphics background. Maybe you’re good with words, or creative with code. You are definitely someone who can come up with ideas from (almost) nothing. Ideas that tell stories, change minds, inspire people.

You’ll be joining an award-winning team of creative misfits and adventurers.

You’ll get to work across all areas – design, motion, content, filmmaking, code and more – using your creative brain, conceptual thinking and visual flair to make world-class work for international clients. From campaigns and brand identities, to films and animations.

You:

  • Love what you do. Seriously, we can tell.
  • Get a kick out of big ideas.
  • Love tech, but stay human. You’re probably fascinated (but wary) of how AI can feature in the creative process, and have probably experimented with everything from Midjourney to Runway and more. But you also know that big ideas come from human imagination.
  • Have a strategic brain. You care about the purpose and audience as much as the aesthetics. You like solving real problems.
  • Can express an idea verbally, and get people excited.
  • Can express an idea in writing. Words are magic.
  • Understand enough about code to help shape amazing digital ideas and experiences.
  • Are committed to honing your craft. “Craft is what we are expected to know; art is the unexpected use of our craft.”
  • Are happy sitting with a blank piece of paper, screen or whiteboard and turning it into something magical.
  • Believe that ideas can come from anywhere, but that creativity is a muscle: the more you use it, the better your ideas.
  • Know that ideas are fragile. You need to fight to protect them.
  • Can produce mood boards, designs, storyboards…
  • Can spot the potential in anything. There is no such thing as a dull brief, only dull people.
  • Know your way around design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc.) as well as other useful things.
  • Can take on feedback to keep getting better.
  • Don’t give up at the first sign of challenge.

You’re not:

  • Surface. You think a lot about how and why something works.
  • Typical. You’re in tune with your irrational brain. You are who you are.
  • A monster. We are nice people who do great work. Egomaniacs need not apply.

We know you exist, but you’re a rare breed.
