3 Golds and winner of the Grand Prix prize for digital campaign of the year for our work with Vodafone UK ... oh what a night!
How can we help Vodafone colleagues understand the importance of design thinking and how it can be used to solve real world problems? This was the inspiring challenge Tilt was presented with – and we responded with our signature style of standing the original brief and thinking on its head and then doing things differently.
The judges at the Digital Impact Awards clearly agreed with our approach awarding us:
We were also utterly blown away when our hosts announced that we had also scooped the Digital Impact Awards Grand Prix!- Digital Campaign of The Year – for the second year running!

Emotions were running pretty high last night with a plethora of virtual high fives and celebratory GIFs sent. Needless to say out team wide Friday beer zoom call today is going to be fun!
“With a gold in ‘Best use of online video,’ ‘Best digital employee communication’ and ‘Best use of digital from the technology, media and telecommunications sector,’ Vodafone and We are Tilt took home the ‘Grand prix’ award. Their project addressed accessibility challenges within Vodafone and examined the design team as it works to solve those problems. The project had the dual effect of communicating how ‘design is the difference’ in collaborative problem solving while also improving Vodafone’s inclusivity”.
