We’ve just returned from Cannes with two big wins in our pocket: Gold for Best Internal Communications and Silver for Best Webisode at the Cannes Corporate TV & Film Awards.

The recognition is for Dilemma, our high-production-value drama series that turns workplace ethics into something you actually want to watch. Season 1 set out to prove that learning doesn’t have to feel like training. It can have the pull of a Netflix drama, with real stakes, flawed characters, and decisions that make you shift in your seat. The result is a series that doesn’t just tick a compliance box, but sparks real conversations that carry on long after the credits roll.

The timing couldn’t be better. Season 2 has just launched across our clients member firms, and Season 3 is already in production. Each step takes the series further, pushing into new dilemmas and deeper questions about how personal choices collide with professional ethics.

Winning at Cannes is more than an industry nod. It proves that when you blend creativity with courage, learning can be cinematic, emotional, and unforgettable. It can be the moment someone says, “We need to talk about this,” and that’s where culture shifts.

So, thank you to the brilliant teams who trusted us, the cast and crew who brought these stories to life, and everyone who pressed play. These awards remind us why we do this work – to move people, not just train them.

Here’s to more seasons, more stories, and more moments that matter.

Dilemma also recently picked up a Gold at the 2025 Brandon Hall Awards for Best Compliance Training.
