So, what did we learn about learning?

We know that people love marshmallows, are terrified of the actor, Willem Dafoe, and that if you want to succeed in learning design, you better remember the lobster.

Nick Shackleton-Jones took us on a journey of exploration into how our mind works and how we actually learn and recall information. A fantastic Tilt Talk and active debate about how we can craft digital experiences to support people at critical moments throughout their lives and careers.

Huge thanks to Nick for being an incredible speaker – and to those who attended for being an engaged, insightful and intelligent audience.

Key takeaway from the night (aside from the lobster) was that “thinking is just fancy feeling” – something we certainly agree with at Tilt.
