Our Strategy
Our approach to workforce representation is anchored in four commitments:
- Equality — drive fairness and opportunity
- Diversity — attract, develop, progress, and retain underrepresented talent
- Inclusion — build a workplace where every employee feels welcomed, respected, supported, and valued
- Integrity — act in accordance with our responsibilities, our code of conduct, and the law
Diversity and inclusion aren't just the right thing to do — they're the engine of creativity and innovation. We are committed to preventing discrimination based on age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marital status, race, ethnic origin, colour, nationality, religion, belief, or sexual orientation.
Core Commitments
All freelancers and employees are treated fairly, with selection based on aptitude and ability. We commit to:
- Reviewing employment and hiring practices for fairness
- Increasing diversity in casting decisions
- Ensuring reasonable adjustments for disabled workers
- Creating environments that recognise individual contributions
- Maintaining dignity and respect — prohibiting intimidation and harassment
- Providing training and development opportunities for all
Diversity Goals
- Actively increase diversity in our talent networks
- Expand recruitment from underrepresented groups in the creative industry
Policy responsibility sits with Directors Dan Evans, Jonathan Malyon, and Paul Mallaghan — fully supported by line managers.
Workforce Inclusion
We commit to promoting inclusive cultures and preventing discrimination, harassment, victimisation, and inappropriate behaviour at every level.
Accessibility & Inclusion in Our Work
We embed accessibility standards and best practices into our operations, delivering inclusive products and services for our clients and their audiences.
Human Rights
Grievances
Employees can formally lodge grievances through their line manager or use our formal grievance procedures. Workers may bring a colleague or union representative.
ILO Compliance
We are committed to providing equality of opportunity in employment and developing work practices and policies that support work-life balance.
Child Labour Avoidance
Age verification occurs during our people screening to prevent employment of minors under 15 (or 14 where legally permitted).
Working Hours, Wages & Benefits
- Workers are entitled to minimum working hours and non-excessive schedules complying with national laws
- Fair wages per industry standards or minimum wage — whichever is higher
- Appropriate overtime compensation
Whistleblowing
We maintain formal mechanisms that allow employees to report violations without fear of retaliation.
Supply Chain Standards
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond our walls. See our Supplier Code of Conduct for more.
