Efficiency, profit, growth. The relentless pursuit of more, faster, now is growing more pervasive by the day. It's worth stopping to ask: is this the right incentive? Does it drive the right behaviours? That question is at the heart of what it means to be a BCorp. Not just measuring success differently. Acting differently.
So it felt good to stop. To do a thing. Not because it was optimised. Not because it was on the roadmap, but because it mattered.
This BCorp Month(March), we partnered with Creative Process Digital and invited fourteen students and career changers into our studio. We paired them with our thinkers, makers and storytellers. Gave them the tools, the platform and the permission to tackle the social issues they actually cared about.
We're a touch late sharing this as our production schedule has been relentless over the past couple of months. Better late than never.
This is a short summary of the day. A few moments. A few voices. A quiet nod to what the B Corp mindset is really about. Not a badge, not a talking point, but a way of showing up.
Here's to the curious uninhibited minds, and the people still asking: what if we just did the right thing?
